CS-G990吹灰器填料密封组件

吹灰器填料密封组件采用组合密封结构，用CS-P880高碳石墨乳浸渍四氟编织盘根模压环作为端环，中间用INCONEL丝增强石墨模压盘根环和丝网增强石墨填料环组合应用有效地解决长程吹灰器无法解决的泄露问题，极大延长了密封维护间隔周期，增加了矿物燃料的有效使用率，抗挤压性、弹性、自润滑性及对密封的良好性能。
为适合不同的工况要求我们也可以设计成另外组合的密封结构如不同材料的端环以及石墨填料环的V或锥型结构形式。我们已开有几百种规格的模具，也可以根据客户图纸，实样等定做特殊规格的产品

CS-G990 Soot Blower Packing

The packing assembly of soot blower adopts combined seal structure, CS-880 carbon fiber packing mould ring as end ring,graphite fiber with INCONEL wire packing and Wire mesh reinforced moulded graphite packing Molded rings assemble as centre rings.Packing Ring Combination effectively solve the leakage problem which cannot be solved by long range soot blower,greatly extended seal maintenance interval,Increased efficient use of fossil fuels,Resistance to extrusion, elasticity,self-lubrication and good sealing performance.

We can also design a separate combination of sealing structures for different working conditions,Such as the end ring of different materials and the V or conical structure of the graphite packing ring.We have opened hundreds of moulds of specifications,special specifications can also be customized according to customer drawings, samples, etc.
